Personally, I found the motivational tips and photos of Michelle, or Mish, as she is affectionately known, as a little boost when needed. Michelle is my age, so it helps to see that you can maintain health and fitness as we age.

If you want to lose weight, more quickly and permanently, this book is for you. If you also want or need to get in shape, you cannot go beyond this diary. Everything is designed in such a way that it really is as easy as going through the steps and documenting your weight and measurement goals towards the end.

Mish is honest enough to tell us how difficult it will be and even people like her have days when they don’t feel like it. That’s a surprise, right? She is human and has little tricks like the rest, but it’s best to keep it in perspective.

Michelle’s Total Body Transformation Journal is packed with everything you could possibly need and information you didn’t know you needed until you had it. There’s a ton of practical advice, expert knowledge, and it really makes you want to get out there and go for a run.

The exercise programs are easy to follow as a step by step guide, the recipes are very easy and fast with beautiful photos. As someone who likes to keep things simple, both things appeal to me.

I believe Michelle Bridges is the most influential expert on weight loss, health and fitness. Nothing is boring, everything is in plain English and makes the best of us aspire to fitness. My main takeaway is that this really is a lifestyle change. You must be consistent in your diet and exercise and focus on your thinking. I wish you the best on your health and fitness journey and I know this will get you there.
