Tips On How To Recruit In Your Network Marketing Business

Hey gang… today I’m going to touch on a topic that always drives me crazy in my network marketing or MLM business… until I was able to figure it out myself.

When you’re recruiting for your network marketing business, can you run into the warm wall of the market…

And does this big scary wall exist?

Does it mean you may run out of people in your warm market to prospect your network marketing opportunity?

Now, before you think the answer is obvious and it’s a big resounding “YES”, you absolutely can… give some thought to the fact that there are numerous 6 and 7 figure income earners in MLM opportunities who swear and honestly believe. what you can not.

You’ll see there are some network marketers that will tell you that they all know so many people and there’s no way you’ve ever told them about your home based business opportunity, and they won’t believe you have no matter what you tell them.

Why? Not because they’re bad people… but simply because they forget what it was like to start in this industry and because they’ve been around for quite some time and have had decent success, they were able to build their recent network marketing opportunity. just by getting in touch with the people they know!

It makes you stop and think, doesn’t it? He makes you wonder… well if they did it by only talking to the people they know… what the hell is wrong with me?

I talk to my warm market the same way they talk to theirs or at least the same way they’re teaching me to… what’s my problem?

I must be a loser… I QUIT!

See, this is where I get excited… I hate to see people quit because they think they’re not cut out for this business simply because they didn’t rise to the top in their warm market alone…

And the only thing missing here is “the other part of the story”….

You’ll see what you’re not hearing is that these “warm market successful” network marketers have massive contact lists…

Quality, quality, quality contact lists… In many cases, they know more network marketing professionals than we do. Every day, people meet real people.

On top of that, people look up to them because they are leaders, 6-7 figure income generators and coaches in this industry…they have tremendous credibility and influence!

Meaning, when they talk, people listen and take action, and as a result, they don’t have to share their opportunity with as many prospects as the average person does.

So laid back!!! This are very good news!

It means you can do this… Why? Because even those warm market superstars that have been around for years started somewhere… and I can promise you they didn’t rise to the top with just the people they knew when they started their network marketing opportunity, oh so! Many years ago!!

With all that being said, this is where I throw you a curveball… 🙂

In the end they are to some extent 100% correct…you will build this business and its success in the warm market!

How could you ask?

Simply because you are going to constantly expand your warm market on a daily basis!

Everyone you talk to or come into contact with, no matter what recruiting method you’re using, has to become part of your warm market before you recruit them into your business.

Because in the end, when it comes to recruiting, people won’t join you in your business until they’re comfortable with YOU…until they get to know you…until they’ve established that you can help them achieve their goals. .. in essence, until they have become part of your new warm market.

So the key is to learn how to develop a good relationship with people…

Now, this process of developing relationships with people to the point that your relationship is strong enough to consider them part of your warm market varies over time from one potential customer to another.

I could meet someone and in 1-2 minutes have developed enough of a relationship to consider them part of my warm market…or it could take months or years.

And in my personal opinion, it doesn’t matter what methods you use to expand your warm market, as long as it works for you!

There are numerous methods you can use to meet, talk to, and prospect people.

The most important thing is to get your business in front of as many people on an ongoing basis as possible.

So focus on finding the recruiting methods that work for you and then stick with it for 18, 24 or 36 or however many months it takes to get there!
