Spinning to lose weight

Warning: Are you thinking of spinning to lose weight? I bet you think I’m going to talk about spinning a bike in a class. Wrong! I’m going to show you how to go around in circles like a kid to lose weight fast.

I think it’s weird… yes it is, but it works.

Forget about that nonsense about going around on a bike. It is not efficient. Here’s a new twist on spinning without the need for a bike.

First of all, try this. He spins in a circle with his arms outstretched like the wings of an airplane. Do this for 5-15 turns. The goal for you is to get a little dizzy. You don’t want to get too dizzy. That is not productive.

It might take you a couple of times to find the right number of turns to make you dizzy.

Once you figure out the correct number to do, do several sets of spins with that number throughout the day.

The reasoning behind it.

When you spin in a circle, you are stimulating your Endocrine System to be more efficient with the release of your hormones (control your hormones). Now most people have major imbalances with their hormones and this leads to weight gain and poor health. So spinning helps with weight loss and health because it balances your hormones.
