Signs that he is pushing you away

Sometimes a man wants to leave a relationship but just doesn’t know how. Therefore, he may start acting differently in order to push you away so you can leave the relationship. The problem is that for many women, when her man starts to push her away, they try to hold on to him even more. He kicks you even harder until he leaves you. What are the signs that he is pushing you away?

Yo. He has no interest in chatting with you. A man who is pushing you away will not want to spend time talking to you. He won’t want to engage in conversation with you and when you start the conversation he answers you with monosyllables (yes, no, I hope so, etc.) Your conversations become more like interrogations… with you as the interrogator.

ii. His words are negative or hurtful. A man who is pushing you away will use words to create distance between you. When he loved you, his words were nice and he was full of admiration for you. Now, his words always show you how short you fall with other women or what he expects from a woman. His words make you feel ugly and unloved…he is pushing you away.

iii. His body language says ‘go away!’ A man who is pushing you away will have ‘closed body’ language. If they sit together, he tends to look away… ever so slightly. He doesn’t meet your gaze when he talks to you. He may glance at you briefly, but he quickly looks away, preventing your eyes from meeting his.

IV. Her time is no longer yours. A man who is pushing you away will not have time for you. He will suddenly be very busy or tired, so he will spend almost no time with you. He may spend time with you if you scold or blame him enough, but you’ll find that even though he’s with you…he really wants to be somewhere else. He’s not interested in what you’re saying, he’s restless, or his mind (and his feelings) seems to be somewhere else.

v. He doesn’t do things for you. A man who is trying to push you away will no longer remember to do special things for you…or to run errands that he used to happily run. If you ask him to do something…he now he forgets every time. You can’t remember the last time he did something nice for you…either he takes you for granted or he wants you to stop seeing him as your ‘confidence guy’.

A man who is driving you away will drive you away with his deeds and words.
