1. Add the sugar to the espresso. Cool the mixture.

2. Add the milk and pectin to the espresso mix until the pectin dissolves.

3. Fill a glass with ice and serve the mixture over ice or pour the contents of the glass into the blender and blend for 30-45 seconds. Enjoy!
