self dedication

A message and a prayer.

To dedicate; Solemnly appropriate to any person or purpose; give wholly or mainly to.
The ministers of the gospel dedicate their time and their studies to the service of Christ.

Consecrated; devotee; and appropriate.

Have you dedicated yourself to God?

Have you devoted yourself to the Principles, Oracles and Word, that God is the only God, His statutes are real and true, and His Son is called Jesus Christ? Are you dedicated to Him?
I will exalt you, O LORD, because you have exalted me, and have not made my enemies rejoice over me.

O LORD my God, I cried out to you, and you healed me.”
Exalt him who rides on the heavens by his name Jah.

The Lord is great and worthy of praise.
He heals me in time of sickness, He lifts me up in time of weakness, He comforts me in time of loss, and He strengthens me in time of danger.
You love me, no matter if I am black or white, poor or rich, plain looking or ugly. No matter the weather, I’m from the north, south, east or west, you still love me.
We rejoice at your strength, and the fear of your enemies towards you and your children. We applaud your Glory, and we are in the punch of your Greatness and Power.
Because you took the dust from which we came, and raised us up, clothed us in princely garments, put a ring on our finger, shod our feet, and called us your Children, co-heirs of Your Kingdom with Your Only Begotten Son, Jesus.

What is it, then, that we should offer our body as a living sacrifice, which is our reasonable service to You? What is it then, that we should dedicate our lives to you, and to the purpose of seeking lost souls for your kingdom?
When I fear, you are there, when I ask for Faith, you give me in abundance, when I am hungry, do you not give me bread, and when I am thirsty, is there not a spring that springs up for my comfort?

When this world says; “Woe to us, troubled people.”
We who are dedicated to you have much hope, because faith without works is dead, being alone.
Our hope separates us from the rest of humanity.
rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuous instant in prayer; we are your children. (Ref. Rom 12:12.)

“Hope is an essential and fundamental element of the Christian life, so essential that, like faith and love, it can designate the essence of Christianity. (1Pe_3:15; Heb_10:23). (Easton.)

We have given ourselves entirely and mainly to You.
But, oh Lord, we need more faith to achieve the things that please you.
Sometimes we are weak in body, but our spirit is willing. We fail you often, our Lord, we want not to. Sometimes we go back Lord, seeking first the help of man, instead of resorting to prayer. For this we are sorry.

O LORD, you brought my soul out of the grave; You gave me life so that I don’t go down to the pit.
Sing to Jehovah, O his saints, and give thanks for the memory of his holiness.”
Our dedication to the Lord is not in vain, because we worship a God who is not only able to promise, but also very capable of delivering.
We worship a God who knows what we need, even before we ask.
We worship a God who punishes us when we become rebellious and complacent.
We worship a God who has taken into account our weaknesses and failures. We give thanks for your holiness, your mercy and your understanding.
Do we invoke the name, Lord, I Am, Yahweh, El and Christ? Yes, because all are one and one is in all.

“Because a moment is his anger; life is in your favor: crying can last one night, but joy comes in the morning.
And in my prosperity I said, I will never be moved.
LORD, with your favor you made my mountain stand firm; you hid your face, and I was troubled.”
Do not be angry with me, oh Lord, because I am still learning your ways, and sometimes I find it hard to understand.
Send me Your Holy Spirit to teach me, guide me and instruct me in Your Holiness.
I have cried all night for Your forgiveness and comfort.
I have stood on the roof, shouting Your praises.
I have sung chants and spiritual chants in your name, because you are holy and worthy. Is my delivery to you not complete, am I or am I still missing something to please you? Tell me, oh Lord, and I will repent. Because as I live, I live for You.

“I cried to you, O LORD, and to Jehovah I made supplication.
What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Will the dust praise you? Will it declare your truth?
Hear, O LORD, and have mercy on me: LORD, be my helper.”
Because if I die, and when I die, who will glorify your name after me?
Shall one like me go out, and take up the cross that was left behind?
Will there be others who praise you, when I can’t?
Because in the grave, I know nothing, I say nothing, and I praise no one. My dedication to you has not ended in the grave, for we will live again, with the promises of your Son and the hope that lies within me. I pray that I may be worthy to sing a song to You in Heaven, to play a stringed instrument for You for Your pleasure. Dance a dance with joy and comfort.

You have changed my lamentation into dance; you have taken off my sackcloth and clothed me with joy;
so that my glory sings praises to you and does not shut up. O LORD, my God, I will thank you forever.
O LORD my God, I am dedicated to you. Ars.
