Quick and easy recipes for weight loss – Baby Corn Delight

  • Baby corn – 200 g
  • Green chili (finely chopped) – 1 no
  • Ginger (finely chopped) – 11/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic (finely minced) – 11/2 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce -1 teaspoon
  • Tomato chili sauce – 2 teaspoons
  • Corn flour -1 teaspoon
  • Bell pepper – minced -2 ​​tablespoons
  • Oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Mix soy sauce, chilled tomato sauce, and cornmeal with 2 tablespoons of water in a bowl and set aside. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add the corn cobs and sauté over high heat for 5 minutes. Add the green chili, ginger, and garlic and sauté for another 3 minutes. Then add the cornmeal and sauce mixture. Mix well over high heat until the sauce covers the baby corn. Add bell pepper, add salt and pepper and mix well. Serve hot. A great side dish to enjoy!

Note: The ingredients used above are not only low in calories, but also have beneficial health values. Ginger is considered to have some cancer-fighting properties, and garlic may be somewhat protective against heart disease.
