No money, no problem! 10 ways to get in shape for free

You might think celebrity moms have it easy. After all, they are rich! They can afford to hire nannies to take care of their babies while they train with a personal trainer. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared fresh by the best chefs. They never have to lift a finger to wash the lettuce if they don’t want to. Okay, maybe they have it easier than the rest of us!

But don’t accept the excuse that you need money to lose weight. His budget doesn’t have to stop him. There are many things mom can do every day to burn calories and exercise without cash:

9. Exercise with your baby. Try holding your baby while she does squats, kissing your baby while she does push-ups, or picking your baby up, over and over again!

10. Drink water. Avoid soft drinks, lattes, alcoholic beverages, and lemonade. Choose water – you’ll not only save calories, you’ll also save money!
