I have had my battles and struggles with being overweight at certain times in my life. However, I have found a couple of ways to lose weight quickly. And you’ll also be able to lose weight and keep it off as long as you continue to use the following natural weight loss tips.

My first natural weight loss suggestion is to get a series of colonics. A series of not less than 3 treatments. Colonics cleanse the colon and remove waste that has accumulated over the years and has become a plaster film on the walls of the colon. This creates a blockage in the colon and waste cannot pass through the colon and cannot be removed properly.

If you take a series of colonics, this will help flatten your stomach area, help you lose weight, and also give you energy. Colonics are known to cleanse the skin and brighten the eyes, as well as rid the body of harmful bacteria and disease.

Along with colonics, my second natural weight loss suggestion is an Oriental Rice Diet. On this diet, you should eat brown rice and raw vegetables, or plain vegetables or fruits. No salt, no pepper, no nothing. For example, if you start the morning with rice and fruit for breakfast, you cannot have rice and vegetables for lunch. Regardless of what you start in the morning, you will stick with all 3 meals for that day.

This is done for 3 days and creates a cleansing effect on the body. This washing loosens debris and foreign particles from your organs and cells. So, on the fourth day, you need to drink juices, water, and preferably herbal teas throughout the day to remove all the debris that was loosened by rubbing the body.

Repeat this once a month and you will maintain your desired body weight. If you did this just once a month, you would not only lose weight, but also maintain your own body weight. This is also good for eliminating high blood pressure.

For maintenance, my natural weight loss suggestion is to bathe in sea salts, as these salts help remove excess water weight. If practiced regularly, the water weight will decrease and your skin will receive the right amount of moisture, leaving it soft, supple, healthy and glowing. There are many sea salts on the market today that are expensive. But old-fashioned Epsom salt will work just fine.

After a daily shower, it is best to rinse with cold water before getting out of the shower. Just make the water as cold as you can comfortably handle it. This will not only rejuvenate you and keep you fresh while you get dressed, but it will also help keep your skin firm and increase circulation. The main benefit of this is that it will tighten the skin and prevent the skin from sagging.

My last natural weight loss suggestion is vinegar and honey. Just boil a cup of water and season to taste with ‘raw honey’. Usually a teaspoon or two and maybe a capful of vinegar. ‘Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother’ is recommended. You can pick it up at any health food store for a couple of bucks. Do not try to use regular apple cider vinegar.

Vinegar reduces fat and honey has so many lasting benefits that I won’t go into it in this article. But this concoction will not only help you lose weight, it is responsible for a host of other benefits.

I advise you to buy a book on the benefits of vinegar and honey, which you can also find at your nearest health food store or online.
