Little children in my dream

My husband called, “Honey, breakfast is ready,”
and my twins were yelling, “Come down mommy!”

“In a minute… ‘I’ll be there with you, can I…?
Mom needs to look good for you and feel gay!”

Early, I went to the bathroom.
I find it somewhat bigger than before.
I thought: “Am I in the same room?”
Then my husband knocked on the door…

I found my husband a little restless, he a little worried,
“My love, I haven’t had time, the room isn’t ready…”
I looked around and smiled, “There’s no need to get mad…”
“Okay, I’ve got everything covered now, you can bet…”

I told him we should have breakfast first.
Then we took care of the things we needed.
He left and he had assured me that he burst out laughing.
I laughed back…so pleased with the loving atmosphere I created.

In the back of my mind with a few questions…
“Am I now in the present moment of my world?”
I closed my eyes to imagine my past actions…
But I have to move fast, I know TIME is money!

I was wondering what else is there for me to see
If where I am now was a glimpse of tomorrow,
It sure excites me to discover things with joy.
I like what I’m feeling… This is heaven, I know…

I continued to check the bathroom cabinet…
I smiled seeing that all the supplies I left behind were used.
I replaced them with new staff that I used to establish,
‘although a bit changed… this bathroom is now huge!

I climbed on our dining room table, I knew it was round
I tried to sit next to my husband but he said:
“There, my love… in front of me, sit down.”
Oh, an oval shape, I thought as she passed me the bread.

Since he is a great chef, he makes sure that I eat,
He always prepared a rich and healthy breakfast.
Between us, our two children sit, so comfortable and tidy…
I thought, “so these are my little kids?” So I gasped.

I looked at these two beautiful children
They have their dad’s pointy nose…
I thought it was like the fiction I wrote
He would have two children… in the story as he would cite…

I smiled, I knew I was only dreaming
I reached the smallest one… I carried it.
While my other son had stopped eating,
He looked at me, “Mom, where have you been?”

Then my little boy in my arm, “Mom, I miss you so much!”
He is handsome like his father, but a little tanner.
I hugged him and told both of them, “I love you both so much!
Mommy is here, later we would all play under the sun…”

…I woke up… It was just a dream…
In two weeks I will travel
be with my love but I do not marvel
Because it’s not just a whim…
‘although it’s amazing… a bit magical
To take a look…”A life, I would have with him…”

I have seen our two children in my dream…
Wow! I wonder… Would he have them as twins?
