Formica is the most economical option when renovating your countertop. Formica comes in a large selection of textures and colors. Choose a neutral color and a style that will be in style for a few years.

The current flooring is at the top of the buyer’s wish list, upgrading the flooring is another expensive item in your staging budget. Spending the money to update your condos before listing them will prevent buyers from lowering your asking price.

Hardwood flooring can be resurfaced, if it is still in good condition. Resurfacing is a cheaper alternative to replacing the floor. If you have vinyl that is dated or worn, replace it. Vinyl comes in many options today and does a wonderful job of breathing new life into your space.
