Have you tried this treatment for severe acne?

If you have a severe acne condition, I highly recommend treating it with this vegetable…

Radish!

Why Radish?

Simply because radishes contain natural bleaching agents and powerful antioxidant properties that will help:

  • Reduce pimple swelling thereby reducing the size of pimple and minimizing the appearance of pimple on your skin.
  • It also does a great job of removing blemishes and blackheads.
  • It contains the highest concentration of vitamin C. This vitamin will do two things for you when you consume it…

First, it will help flush out acne-causing toxins and other pollutants within your body.

Second, it will help reduce skin damage caused by toxins.

Exfoliates the skin. This will remove damaged and dead skin cells from the outer layers of your skin so that you get clear, healthy-looking skin.

Instructions to treat severe acne externally:

The first thing to do is to do a radish face wash. This wash is to cleanse and exfoliate the skin to remove any dirt and oil that may interfere with the treatment.

Washing is done by mixing horseradish paste with water. Just be sure to add a little more water.

Then you apply it to your skin and gently rub it in with your fingertips. Once this is done, rinse with lukewarm water, gently towel dry your skin and wait 5 minutes for your skin to dry completely.

Now you are going to make a mask. To do this, simply mix the radish paste with water again, but this time add a little less water.

Now apply to the face like a mask and leave it on for 20 minutes, rinse and towel dry.

Instructions to treat severe acne internally:

To treat acne internally, simply consume it as a juice or smoothie. But you should never consume radish juice on its own as it can cause unwanted reactions.

Anyway, all you have to do is add a small package of round red radishes, two apples, a carrot, and a turnip into a blender or juicer. Mix it up and drink it.

That’s all about it. Now only apply both internal and external treatment once a day.
