Foods for penis enlargement – you are what you eat – or are you?
Yesterday I read an interesting article about how the food you eat can influence the expected results while looking to enlarge the penis. I’m going to tell you the truth… and I may not gain any friends in the dietary supplement crowd over this, but to put it simply: I think this is a completely DUMPLE idea.
Now, I’ll qualify that simple statement with this: if you are having surgery as a vehicle to achieve your size gains, yes… there will be a natural companion dietary regimen that will accompany your procedure. But at first glance, this should have NOTHING to do with the gains you will or won’t see as a result of having the procedure.
If you’re going the natural anatomical enhancement route, I recommend watching your diet, but only because you’ll feel better about yourself during the process, and consequently I think you’ll do better with your gains, once they’re building them – but again, your diet is not going to contribute to the extra length or girth at all.
Of course, this is just an opinion from the guys…:-) But I will tell you, in my experience, I have seen tremendous growth and far exceeded my own personal expectations simply by following the course of action that I have recommended so many times. and my diet? A steady, regular regimen of pizza, Chinese food, and way too much beer and pretzels. (Since then I’ve gotten in better shape, but hey, this is what I was eating while getting MY size up considerably)
So remember, the path is pretty simple and proven: you just need to follow it, and simply eating more granola, tofu, or lima beans will unfortunately NOT speed things up. 🙂
