Exfoliate the penis: how to get a soft penis the right way

Put away the apricot scrubs and save the loofah; That’s no way to treat a delicate flower like the penis! The skin of the penis is delicate and is often compared to the skin around the eyes, so it is important to take care of it in a similar way. Now that doesn’t necessarily mean putting a ton of sliced cucumber on top of the love cucumber (it wouldn’t be a bad thing), but it does mean that a certain amount of TLC should be the most important thing when preparing the manly member. Discovering healthy and strong skin on the penis happens both on the dining room table and in the shower.

Oil yourself!

That does not mean in the normal way that a man will grease his member. In this case, it is about consuming a lot of good and healthy fats. This prevents the skin from drying out and flaking in the first place. Here are some wonderful sources of healthy monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats:

– Olive oil

– Nuts, especially walnuts

– Avocados

– Cheese

– Whole eggs (not just white ones!)

– Fatty fish such as salmon, herring, trout and sardines

– Chia seeds

Cleanliness is next to godliness

Daily cleansing is the best method to exfoliate the penis. Begin by letting the warm water soften the penis. Next, lather the member with a mild, all-natural cleanser like baby soap or something from an all-natural line free of harsh chemicals or cleaning agents. Avoid anything that has microbeads or any type of abrasive. Gently wash the entire genital area, pull back or pull up the skin where needed. Clean all creases and crevices. Rinse well while continuing to run your hands over the member, gently pulling and pushing the skin to ensure a thorough cleansing.

Banish dead skin buildup

For areas that appear to have a buildup of dead skin or smegma, start slowly and use a natural oil (vitamin E or a light apricot or grapeseed oil, but be careful not to spill anything on the shower floor) to soften dry skin. Gently apply the oil with your hands until the dead skin peels off. Then perform regular daily cleaning as described above and use a soft cloth for additional exfoliation only if necessary.

While some men may feel the need to use something a little more aggressive like a scrub or a detailer, fight the temptation. This very delicate skin can be easily torn and damaged, fighting not only bacteria and infections, but also causing scar tissue. Scar tissue decreases the sensitivity of the penis, making it difficult for the soldier to care and maintain. The friction from scrubs can also cause nerve damage, which will also decrease sensitivity.

Get some air

After a deep cleaning, give your penis some air! Air drying is a great way to give your penis more time away from the constraints of underwear and clothing. Make sure the penis is completely dry by using a soft towel to gently pat the skin dry. This keeps moisture away from the penis (keeping bacteria at bay) and also promotes penis sensitivity.

Hydrate for a soft penis

After completing the cleansing ritual, use a specially formulated penis health cream. (Health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically shown to be safe and gentle on the skin) on the penis. Choose a cream that gives the penis a soft and flexible feel while retaining moisture with all-natural ingredients like shea butter and vitamin E. Also look for creams with added vitamins and nutrients to help with cell renewal (like vitamins B5 and D3) and ALA to fight free radicals that prematurely age the skin. Finally, find a cream with vitamin C to help build healthy collagen, promoting supple skin and elasticity. With this new grooming ritual, any man can have a smooth penis to be proud of.
