Negatives: Static clings and decals absolutely cannot be applied to the exterior surface of a motor vehicle, as they will most likely fly out of the vehicle as soon as it reaches a speed greater than 15 mph.
DIE CUT LABELS AND STICKERS
1. Semi-permanent custom die-cut stickers
If you are looking for a decal that will go the distance, this excellent adhesive is superior as it will not allow the decal to fall off of whatever item you stick it to. The only warning is if there is excessive continuous heat near these die-cut stickers and decals, or if there is a problem with rust or other contaminants below the original surface to which these decals were applied.
Negatives: These advertising stickers and decals can become quite difficult to remove, especially after a year or so. However, you can coax the semi-permanent glue loose by using a heat gun or hair dryer to help loosen it from whatever surface the adhesive is attached to.
You may also need to go to the hardware store and buy a solvent glue remover made with orange peel oil to remove glue residue. In the event that stickers are applied to windows, it is possible for the sticker to be peeled off by means of a razor blade scraper.
