Cabbage soup recipe: how to lose weight in just 7 days

The 7 day diet chart

• Day 1 – Soup and many fruits await banana. You can drink water, cranberry juice, and unsweetened tea. Start with a simple recipe on the first day.

• Day 2 – Soup and lots of green leafy vegetables. You can cook your vegetables or eat them raw. You can opt for a soup recipe that includes a lot of vegetables. For dinner you can have a baked potato with butter.

• Day 3 – The soup, fruits and vegetables. Stay away from plantains and baked potatoes. You can repeat the recipe from the day before if you want.

• Day 4 – Cabbage soup with banana and skimmed milk. You can have as much skimmed milk as you want and more up to 8 ripe bananas.

• Day 5 – You can eat tomatoes and beef. You can have 20 ounces of beef and about six ripe tomatoes. If you don’t like beef, you can go for chicken, but don’t have both. You can opt for a recipe that includes tomato and beef. Have the soup at least once. Drink 8 glasses of water.

• Day 6 – Eat beef and vegetables with at least one serving of the soup. Eat 3 beef steaks if you want. Try a recipe with lots of vegetables. Stay away from the potato.

• Day 7: Eat soup, vegetables, brown rice, and unsweetened fresh fruit juice.

The recipe

For the ideal cabbage soup recipe you will need:

• 6 green onions

• 3 carrots

• 2 green peppers

• 2 cans of tomato

• 1 can of mushrooms

• A bunch of celery

• Half a head of cabbage

• 1 packet Lipton soup mix

• Pepper, parsley, salt, garlic powder and curry to season

Now the recipe.

• Slice onions and use cooking spray to sauté them in a pot.

• Cut the stem of the green pepper and then cut it in half. Remove the membrane and seeds. Chop up bite-sized pieces and add to pot.

• Remove the leaves from the cabbage, dice it and add it to the pot.

• Cut the carrots and celery into small pieces and add to the pot

• Cut the mushrooms into thick slices and add them.

• Add tomatoes.

• Add garlic powder if you like.

• Add 12 cups of water; cover the pot and let the soup cook for a couple of hours.
