One of the latest ideas on the market today is a concept called “macropattern.”

The macropattern is simply the idea of ​​combining macronutrients in each of your meals. This theory has only three food possibilities to help you lose weight.

The first pair of macronutrients suggested by this theory are proteins and carbohydrates. Protein is the building block of almost every function in your body, and you can never have enough of it. It helps you build muscle and speeds up your metabolism. Carbohydrates, on the other hand, can make or break your diet. If you eat too many, you could start to store them as fat. If you eat too few of them, you could send your body into starvation mode where it stores everything as fat. This combination is recommended because your body can break down this pair properly.

The next suggested pair of macronutrients is the combination of protein and fat. Here again, your body can break down each of them appropriately, but when it comes to the last possible macronutrient pair in this theory, it is believed that it will start to store fat.

This pattern of fat and carbohydrate combination macronutrients is believed to store one of them as fat, as your body cannot break them down simultaneously.
