You know you want more freedom and flexibility, but you are not sure how to get there. You have a great idea but don’t know how to turn it into a viable business. You dream of having your own business.

1. Consider your background

3. Find your target audience (customers)
Know where to find the people who will buy your nurse entrepreneur’s products or services. Ideally, you should be able to meet your clients in groups. If you can find them in organizations, groups, educational institutions, job types or social groups, your sales and marketing will be much easier. Trying to sell to your target market one at a time is costly and time consuming. However, you need to know where to find your target audience before starting your business.
