Activities that can increase the height of an adult adult over time

Many people assume that just because they have stopped growing, it is no longer possible to increase their height. To clear up this myth, I would like to state that it is actually possible to get taller even after you have finished growing.

While Yes, most people’s bones stop growing around the age of 18, there are still some natural things we can do to get taller. These techniques and activities really make you taller, however you need to work hard to develop the aspects that help you get taller.

Martial Arts – Kung Fu

Martial arts that focus on stances work very well for increasing your height over time. I have been taking Kung Fu for about 4 years and have noticed that my height has increased by almost an inch since I started. This is because I am more aware of my posture and what the correct posture actually is. Kung Fu also works to develop the strength that is used to stand tall. This helps him to be taller when he is developed. Another good martial art for this is Karate because it also has an emphasis on posture.

Yoga

I have read in forums that people are having success growing up practicing Yoga. However, you need to practice for at least a year before you notice anything when it comes to height gain.

Stretches and exercises that directly increase height

If you are looking for a faster solution that increases your height by up to 2 inches, there are some great stretches and exercises we can do. These include the scorpion tail stretch and the standing pencil stretch. These work to increase the space between each vertebra in the spine. After increasing the space, your body will fill it with additional joint cartilage, which will also reduce back problems later in life. There are many other stretches that are specifically done to help develop your height and posture.

While there are many ways you can increase your height, my favorites are the free and natural ones. I think they work best however in order for you to get the maximum benefit from these you need to WORK HARD on these stretches. I’m not talking about doing it a couple of minutes a day for a month. Expect to spend 15-20 minutes a day for 2-3 months for decent results. If it was really easy to grow taller, everyone would be doing it. If you stay motivated and have a real desire to grow, you won’t have a problem!
