5 steps to success using homemade subliminal messages

Using subliminal messages is easy and can have a profound impact on your life. Although many people only hear about how these types of subconscious commands are used in advertising, that is, subliminal message ads, they can be used very successfully for self-improvement purposes.

Here are 5 tips you can follow to create your own subliminal messages that are specifically tailored to you and your unique situation and personal goals. Although you can use subliminal messaging software, this is an inexpensive alternative that you can get up and running right away.

Just follow the five steps:

1. Set a goal.

Before attempting to use any tool, tactic, or resource, you should know what you are using it for and what it intends to do. This may sound elementary and a bit condescending, but the reason for failure to use any self-improvement tool is a lack of directed focus and not having a concrete defined goal.

Know what you want to achieve and then make it a goal. As an example we will use a new car.

2. A picture paints a thousand words.

In the advertising videos of subliminal messages on YouTube it can be clearly seen that the images are used to “sell” a product to a potential customer and connect them with a certain emotion or desire. When you do your subliminal messages you must do the same.

Create a desirable image. Cut out the car you want from a magazine and paste a picture of yourself on top. Make a few small copies and stick them in places you don’t usually look at but happen every day. Like the side of the fridge or under a mirror.

Keep a big one; later you will find out why.

3. Hidden commands.

A subliminal message is a hidden command used to direct your subconscious mind. So somewhere in the big picture you left out in step 2, write a statement of intent like “my car” in our example. You will use a sentence that summarizes your goal.

You should also write small affirmations like “I own a ……. (your goal)”. In our example, it might be “I have a 2010 GTI White Golf Hatchback, with 17-inch alloy wheels and a high-end stereo system.”

4. Make a movie.

Use Windows Movie Maker to create a small collage of images with affirmations indicating that you already own the car of your dreams. Watch this movie for about 10 minutes every day to reinforce your other work.

5. Put it in stock.

Get yourself a small push button flash light and place it next to your bed within easy reach.

On a wall opposite where you sleep, but a wall that you are facing, post your photo with the statement you made in step 3.

Set your alarm clock to wake you up in the middle of the night. When the alarm goes off, quickly sit up in bed and aim the flashlight at the image, turning it on only briefly. That is, press the button to quickly turn it on and off while pointing the flashlight at the image.

Do this twice. Then go back to sleep.

Follow this simple plan and you will condition your subconscious mind to get to your goal quickly.
